We have dedicated software systems in place which remove complex and time consuming manual administration, and offer our clients a visible, easy-to-monitor reporting capability. We can source new staff from within or outside of the UAE, or seamlessly transfer existing staff for ongoing management. We are appropriately Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) licenced and skilled to manage your workforce.
Engaging Aspen Medical to identify and manage your healthcare workforce means we take care of the sourcing and interviewing, licencing, credentialing, visa and work permits, Emirates ID, health and medical insurances, domestic support services, payroll services, and ongoing CME and CPD training. Training forms part of our integrated solution, however it is also a service we offer separately.
Our Employment HR Systems
Aspen Medical operates two separate but seamlessly interfacing HR software systems which provide the best in resume/database management, volume recruitment management, and on-boarding management, as well as employee management during contract delivery. These two systems have been implemented by Aspen Medical, and are currently being used to develop and support clients across our healthcare projects.
The systems are mobile app available, can provide real-time data reporting, and ensure staff are tracked from the application phase through to resignation.
